Tag dragten på og oplev dig selv i en helt anden dimension.

Størrelsen i sig selv gør at det er svært at bevæge sig. Man ligner en sumobryder i udseende og bevægelse.

I bliver inddelt i 2 hold – hvor en fra hvert hold stiller op til kamp. Efterfølgende skifter dragten deltager og nye kampe er i gang.

Instruktøren søger for en fair kamp.

OBS: Dragten egner sig bedst til personer over 155 cm. Gravide anbefales ikke at deltage i denne aktivitet.

Sumostafet foregår indendørs i en stor uisoleret stålhal med kunstgræs.
